Great app, I use it in place of pain records for my headache nurse as it's far easier. Pain scale and results section are fantastic. The only thing that bugs me is the inability to turn off the "daily reflection" feature which keeps popping up whilst I'm trying to enter a pain record....not great when you've got a migraine!
Pro: a useful set of pain factors can be comfortably written down. Con: some reports cost even you own the pro version. No preview for those. Graphs are limited in type of variables/factors to display. No overview of the amount of painkillers you took today until now or in diagrams. Last is so important to me, that I will have to find a more suitable app.
Great so far, nice & conpkete questions so I can record my symptoms and medications
Pretty good for tracking how your pain changes and why
Use to track fibro, arthritis, migraine, & other conditions. Very useful & I'm eager to use@ dr appts! Reports r terrific! Devs responsive too. Thx!
It's helping me keep track of my PsA symptoms along with ASPX & Fibromalgia.
Simple, easy to use. I actually use it.
Can't sideload it anymore, so I can't use it. But before, it was good for tracking medication, though complicated to use. It's pointless tracking all your pain throughout the day. It sucks up all your time and no one cares about all the minute details of minute-by-minute pain. Constantly thinking about your pain only makes it worse and makes you feel worse.
Been using for years. I love it! If only the orthos, PTs, OTs or rheumatologist i saw would actually see my results and quit gaslighting how much pain hypermobility cause me.
Helpful tocommunicate to doctor
